GUARANTEE
DPM AMERICAN BULLDOGS guarantees your pup/DOG to be free from any Life Threatening "Genetic defects" and Hip Dysplasia up to one (1) year of age.

Once the pup has been received, the buyer must have a general health check performed within two (2) working days for this contract to be valid.  A copy of the health check (with DNA Profile (if performed) and Microchip numbers printed on the report) must be provided to DPM AMERICAN BULLDOGS within three (3) days of the health check and within five (5) working days of receiving the animal.  Once the pup/dog is issued a clean bill of health, this guarantee will NOT be extended for Parvo Virus, Corona Virus, Rabies or Coccidia.  If a copy of the health check is not received by DPM AMERICAN BULLDOGS, this  guarantee will be null and void.

Under this guarantee, the pup/dog is guaranteed to be free of Hip Dysplasia through OFA or Penn Hip exam.  The buyer must provide DPM AMERICAN BULLDOGS with verification of:

     A)  OFA or Penn Hip report.
     B)  Registration #, Microchip and DNA Profile  (if applicable)
           on the OFA or Penn Hip Report.

Upon verification from our veterinarian and/or the OFA or Penn Hip report that said pup/dog suffers from a Life Threatening "Genetic Defect" or Hip Dysplasia, the buyer may choose to opt for one of the following:

     A)  Return the pup/dog to DPM AMERICAN BULLDOGS along
            with ALL registration papers and take a pup from the next
            litter  we have of the same price paid for the pup.
     B)  Spay/Neuter the pup/dog, provide proof of such to DPM
           AMERICAN BULLDOGS, keep the animal and get a credit of
           one half (1/2) of original purchase price toward the purchase
           of a replacement pup from our next litter.
  
Any and all charges incurred by the buyer for any of the above options and guarantee requirements will be the buyer's responsibility.

This guarantee will be NULL AND VOID if any of the following situations have occurred:  If the animal has been:

     A)  Abused
     B)  Neglected in any manner
     C)  Bred (either by choice or accident)
     D)  Fought
     E)  Sold to another party
     F)  Is injured from any reason not specifically listed above
     G) Shows Prolonged exposure to concrete, penning or kenneling
     H) Calluses, open sores on joints or muscle atrophy.
      I)  Non compliance of health check and/or vet report and/or
           Microchip number not being shown on vetrinarian/OFA/Penn
           Hip report. 

Updated May 15, 2007, any contracts dated before this date are null and void unless otherwise specified.
