Purchase Contract

DPM Bulldogs agrees to sell the following puppy/dog:

for the price of $__________. This contract also consists of the attached guarantee which is a vital and required part of the Purchase Contract.

The amount of $_____________ is required to be paid as a deposit on this dog and is NOT REFUNDABLE if the purchaser decides not to complete the purchase of this animal. If the animal is from a future litter and there are no puppies they wish to purchase from the litter they are contracting for, the purchaser may choose a puppy from another litter but there will be no price hold on the purchase price if the puppy they choose is from a higher priced litter. We will hold the deposit as valid for a period of one (1) year and after that time the deposit will be forfeited (if have been no litters produced this will be extended until a litter is born). All payments must be made in US Funds either by Cash, Western Union Wire Transfer, Western Union Money Order or Pay Pal (we assess a fee for use of charge or electronic payment services). We do NOT accept Cashiers Checks, Postal Money Orders or Personal Checks. Payment in full must be made prior to the shipment of the animal.

Buyer and Seller acknowledge that the aforementioned dog left the sellers possession and was received by the buyer in good condition (does not apply to deposits being made for future puppies or puppies being paid for under 8 weeks of age).

All puppies/dogs names must have DPM as the prefix of their registered name. Once names are issued, they can not be changed but purchaser can add an “AKA” (for their call name) at the end. Puppies will not be shipped or delivered until they are 8 weeks of age. There will be no exceptions.

This contract was updated on January 1, 2012. Any prior Contracts are Null and Void unless otherwise specified.
