All Stud Services shall be payable based on the following options chosen and agreed upon by BOTH parties:
A. Stud Services require a deposit of $250.00 prior to the arrival of
the female to be bred. This deposit covers the housing and
handling of said female not associated with a veterinarian and
is seperate from the stud fee itself.
B. All Stud Fees will be $1000.00 to be paid in full prior to the female
being released back to its owner. This shall be paid in cash or by
Pay Pal or Western Union Wire Transfer.
C. If frozen semen is to be collected and shipped, it is the responsibility
of the female's owner to pay all costs involved with the collection,
shipping and implantation of the semen. If frozen semen is used, there
will be NO $250.00 handling fee, but the entire stud fee must be paid
in full prior to collection of the semen.
D. In lieu of the full stud fee, and with an APPROVED female, DPM
Bulldogs will charge $800.00 (which includes the $250.00 fee) and
the first pick puppy. The cost of the puppy being transported to
DPM Bulldogs at the time of weaning shall be incurred by the
females owner. This is option A.
E. In lieu of the full stud fee, and with an APPROVED female, DPM
Bulldogs will receive the first two pick puppies of hte litter. This is
in addition to the $250.00 handling fee. The cost of the puppies being
transported to DPM Bulldogs will be incurred by the females owner.
F. DPM Bulldogs wil re-breed any female that does not settle or who has
less than 2 live born puppies in a litter. If the female has 3-4 live born
puppies in her litter, we will re-breed her at half the original stud fee.
Any handling fees are in addition to the re-breeding and are the
responsibility of the females owner.
G. All shipping expenses are that of the females owners (gas, airfare,
hotel rooms, etc.).
H. All females must have a current health check, be current on all vaccines,
and be free of any diseases. A veterinarians certificate must be provided
as proof of this.
I. Copies of the females registrations and pedigree must be provided to
DPM Bulldogs prior to her being bred.
J. DPM Bulldogs will issue the litter registration applications to the owner
of the female AFTER the puppies are born and pictures are received
by DPM Bulldogs of the entire litter. A description of the puppies and
their sexes must be included so the forms can be filled out in their
entirety.
This contract is agreed upon by DPM Bulldogs and _______________________. The stud fee shall be paid by ________________________ and is non-refundable.
